Where do we begin with Mrs. Ann Stockton? Her vibrant personality, kind spirit, and unwavering dedication make her a joy to work with and a true asset to the City of Prescott. Ann has been serving our community for several years now, working diligently in the Electric Department and always lending a helping hand whenever needed.
Her values shine through in everything she does. She believes the most important things in life are God, love, and family. When asked about her life and service to Prescott, she shared, “To survive this day and time you must be a true believer and ask for salvation.” That wisdom and faith are reflected in her work and her interactions with everyone around her.
Before joining the city, Mrs. Stockton spent several years working at the bank, where she enjoyed the independence of her role and took pride in her attention to detail. Now, in her semi-retired years, she continues to contribute part-time, balancing her work with time spent gardening and enjoying her family.
She says the most enjoyable part of her current role is the people— “The folks I work with, from the office and beyond, are great to work with and talk to.” That sentiment is mutual. Her warmth and positivity make every day brighter for those around her.
